MaNima advanced LED interfaces

Digital LED controllers are LED drivers that can control digital LEDs (such as GS8208, SM16703, HD107S, SK6812 etc.) with an SPI signal. The vast majority of digital LED controllers do not have sufficient stability and processing power for larger and complex LED installations.

Stability and processing power
MaNima Technologies has therefore developed some very advanced LED interfaces. Namely the MaNima Magnus and the MaNima Ignis. The MaNima controllers are digital LED interfaces that can deliver exceptional performance and are therefore intended for professional use. They have a lot of computing power (the Magnus 26 up to 26 universes) are stable and adaptable. They can be provided with custom options. Additional modules are also available such as the Pollux and Nexus.

Large number of SPI protocols
The MaNima interfaces are used to control digital LEDs via Art-Net. A large number of namely more than 50 protocols are compatible / compatible with the MaNima interface.

SPI ports
The interface has 6 SPI ports, each port can be individually configured and can all be synchronized with each other. Different protocols can be sent over the individual ports. For example, port 1 can send the APA102 protocol, while port 2 can send WS2812.

DMX ports
The interfaces are equipped with 2 DMX ports, which in turn can be used to send DMX protocols to various devices and / or LEDs. The DMX ports can be adjusted via the MaNima configurator.

MaNima configurator
The MaNima interfaces are compatible with the MaNima configurator. The computer must be connected to the MaNima interface so that configuration can take place according to the wishes of the user. Configuration is possible without the need for external software.

Master-slave function
With the help of the master-slave function, interfaces can communicate with each other and message each other. This makes it possible to synchronize an unlimited number of interfaces. The interfaces can record and play synchronized, ensuring that recording/ playback always starts or stops at exactly the same time. In this way there are no distorted images.

Triggers digital and analog
To control the interface with actions outside the MaNima configurator, 6 analog and 5 digital triggers are used. Before these triggers work, they need to be configured. Control takes place by sending a small voltage of 0-10V to the digital or analog inputs of the interface. The triggers are used to start, stop or dim a scene.

HMI touchscreen
The MaNima Technologies HMI touchscreen can be connected to the MaNima interfaces via Ethernet and can be used as a control panel for the interface. It can be completely customized to your wishes, but can also simply be used to start, stop and dim a scene.

Art-net
All MaNima interfaces currently on the market are compatible with all third-party LED map software when using Art-Net. When working with this interface, you are free to use any desired LED mapper.
