Industrial signaling

LED solutions in the field of dynamic signaling for logistics and industrial machines. By using digital LED techniques one can very accurately control LEDs at specific positions. Using the MaNima Ignis, data from systems (cloud, databases) is directly translated into a visual signal.

The MaNima Ignis is a digital LED controller designed to control individual LEDs, which can be monochromatic LEDs, RGB or RGBW LEDs. The MaNima Ignis is easy to integrate into existing or new systems, for example by means of API requests. For more information see datasheet MaNima Ignis.

Database integration
Logistics centers are provided with databases with information about the status or other parameters of products, for example. Through software integration it is possible to link MaNima hardware with a database, for example through API requests. The database can exchange information with the MaNima hardware and thus activate certain channels. In this way, logistics employees can be informed of the product status or location of the product by visual signalling.

LED engines
Our range includes standard LED engines and semi-finished products. If these do not meet the required specifications, it is possible to engineer a customized LED solution (complete LED engine or semi-finished product).

Different types of housings can be used, this can be a standard housing/ extrusion or a custom-made solution. The type of housing is determined on the basis of the LED application, this applies to both existing and new machines. Some LED engines are not supplied with a housing, but with a mounting plate or frame.

Below are some examples of housings:

Casting LED engines
In order to meet the technical requirements of the LED application, sometimes a choice has to be made for casting the housing. The casting is done with a casting resin suitable for the application. The composition of the casting resin is determined by the application. Click here for more information about LED moulding.
