Traffic systems

LED solutions for traffic systems. With the help of our engineers, it is possible to integrate our in-house developed hardware and software into existing traffic systems (VRI). All our LED solutions for infrastructure/ traffic meet the requirements for traffic systems such as redundancy, real-time monitoring and feedback to a cloud dashboard.


The MaNima Pollux Industry is a LED driver that is extremely suitable for linking LED systems to existing traffic systems, for example through API requests and /or digital /analog contacts. For more information see the datasheet of the MaNima Pollux Industry. 


Real-time monitoring makes it possible to control the temperature and other electrical properties of the LED engine. If the value is too high (or too low), the MaNima Pollux Industry can act autonomously and return the value to the set level. Data and parameters can be read remotely with, for example, a cloud environment or via the MaNima configurator. For more information see the datasheet of the MaNima Pollux Industry.


LED engines
Our range includes standard LED engines and semi-finished products. If these do not meet the required specifications, it is possible to engineer a customized LED solution (complete LED engine or semi-finished product).

Different types of housings can be used, this can be a standard housing/ extrusion or a custom-made solution. The type of housing is determined on the basis of the LED application, this applies to both existing and new machines. Some LED engines are not supplied with a housing, but with a mounting plate or frame.

Casting LED engines
In order to meet the technical requirements of the LED application, sometimes a choice has to be made for casting the housing. The casting is done with a casting resin suitable for the application. The composition of the casting resin is determined by the application. Click here for more information about LED moulding.

When the housing is provided with a casting resin, it is recommended to monitor the installation. The reason for this is that the housing and the casting resin have different coefficients of expansion (elongation and shrinkage) at high temperatures. There is a chance that the casting resin will delaminate from the housing.
