Most standard items in stock are delivered the next day. An exception to this are custom products or products that require adjustment.
Track and trace
When your order is shipped you will receive a track & trace code by e-mail. With this code you can view the current status of your order. If an article has a different delivery time, you will receive an email or telephone call from us about the expected delivery time. Your order will be delivered by UPS. From the moment of delivery to UPS, we no longer have any influence on the delivery time.
For orders placed outside office hours and / or working days, unfortunately we cannot process the order earlier than the next working day.
Items that are part of a backorder will be shipped as soon as they are back in stock. If you place an order for which one or more items are being delivered, there are 2 options to choose from. Your options will be discussed with an employee of LuxaLight BV. Below the options;
Subsequent delivery allowed
Items that are in stock are shipped immediately and items that are not in stock are backordered. Backorder items will be shipped as soon as the items are available. As a result, you may receive your order in more deliveries.
Deliver complete order
If your order contains items that are out of stock, we may hold your order until all items are available. You will then receive your order in one delivery.
Different delivery address
It is possible to have your order delivered to an address other than your own. This must be taken into account when placing the order. The delivery address cannot be changed after the order has been placed. If you still want to change the delivery address, we will charge you for this.
It is possible to pick up your order in our warehouse in Eindhoven. You can select this option when completing your order. By choosing this option you automatically agree to our collection conditions:
1. You can only pick up your order with a collection confirmation sent by us.
2. The order must be paid online. There is no option to pay when picking up the order.
3. It is not possible to order additional products when collecting the order. Payment must be made online for every order.
4. It is not possible to obtain technical support when collecting your order. Technical questions can only be posted by phone or e-mail.
5. Orders can only be collected on working days Monday to Friday between 09:00 and 17:00. If you wish to pick up your order on a Saturday, this is only possible after making an appointment.
6. It is not possible to exchange items upon collection. For this you need to contact us by email or telephone.
7. When the order is placed with the option to pick up, it is not possible to have it shipped.
