Delivery and pick up

Most of the articles in stock are delivered the next day. You will receive a track & trace code by e-mail. With this code you can view the current status of your order. If an article has a different delivery time, you will receive an e-mail with the expected delivery time.
Your order will be delivered by UPS. From the moment of delivery to UPS, we no longer have any influence on the delivery time.

If we receive your order on Saturday or Sunday, unfortunately we can not deliver for Tuesday.

Would you prefer to have your order delivered to another address?
That is possible, you must then fill in a different delivery address when placing your order than the billing address. The delivery address cannot be changed after placing your order.

Pick up
It is possible to pick up your order at our warehouse in Eindhoven. You can select this option when you complete your order. When choosing this option, you automatically agree with our conditions for collection:
1. You can only collect your order with a collection confirmation sent by us.
2. The order must be paid online. There is no possibility to pay when picking up the order.
3. It is not possible to order additional products when picking up the order. For every order must be paid online.
4. It is not possible to receive technical support when picking up your order. Technical questions can exclusively via telephone or e-mail.
5. The collection of orders is only possible on working days Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 17:00. If you wish to pick up your order on a Saturday, this is only possible after making an appointment.
6. It is not possible to exchange items when picking up. For this you must contact us by mail or telephone.
7. When the order is placed with the choice for collection, it is not possible to have it sent.
