High UV-A output 365nm COB module

This LED engine has an extremely high UV output (5300mW) and is made for applications where a lot of radiation is required on a certain surface. This LED engine is often used in industrial applications such as cure coatings. Or in horticulture. 

The UV LEDs have a forward current of 3000mA at a forward voltage of about 40 Volt.

Optics
The high power UV-A 365nm COB LED module is available with a 60°, 90° and 120° optic. By means of the lens (optics), the UV radiation can be concentrated in a targeted place.

Heat management
With large capacities like this, it is absolutely necessary that good cooling is provided by means of an aluminum housing and/or cooling rib. To keep the heat management of the high power UV-A COB LED module optimal, the LED engine is equipped with a heatsink and an active fan for cooling. The heat resistance for the cooling fin must be at least 2.5 °C/W.
